The turnaround time generally ranges from 15 to 30 days, depending on the complexity and the number of features you require. A specific timeline will be clearly committed to in writing.

Each service package includes a specific revision quota specified in the contract. Once the project begins, TekPulse team members will track the used revisions (X out of N) directly on the CRM contract for you. Revisions are split into 2 types: (1) Small Revision (minor layout adjustments, reordering elements, changing fonts, changing icons, changing color themes, etc., with a limit per request or counted independently; for more, you should choose our unlimited packages); (2) Big Revision (changes to existing feature logic, such as adding an OTP step to the login flow). Note that out-of-scope requests (Scope Creep) like adding entirely new features not in the contract, or changes requiring additional infrastructure/technology/database setup to work, do NOT count as revisions and will be quoted as separate Add-on features. All discussions, brainstorming, and suggestions during the pre-contract consulting phase are completely FREE.

The warranty terms and duration depend on your chosen package and cover technical faults originating from TekPulse's development. We explicitly decline warranty coverage for issues caused by unauthorized server configuration changes (for dedicated server setups), sharing source code with third parties for modifications, or operational failures resulting from external tampering. It also excludes requests for new features or modifications that diverge completely from the mutually approved contract and handover agreements.

The prices shown on the system serve as provisional reference guidance. The final cost will be computed based on your industry, specific feature integrations, content/product volume to be uploaded, and your preferred delivery timeline.
